I was born in New Orleans, and spent my school years there and in Baton Rouge. I came to Fredericksburg in 1990. I spent eleven years in the Restaurant business on Main Street here in Fredericksburg. As a result of that experience, I am very customer service oriented and accustomed to satisfying my client's needs. I received my Texas Real Estate License in 2001 and have been a leader in my profession serving as Vice president and President of the Gillespie County Board of Realtors. I am currently serving my second 3-year-term as Director for the Board of Realtors and the Realtor liaison to the Gillespie County Economic Development District. Sharon Armstrong

I am the newest member of RE/MAX Town & Country team but I am not new to the Texas Hill Country. My mother has lived in Fredericksburg since 1980 so I have had the opportunity to enjoy visiting, shopping and watching the town grow over the years. I am a native Texan, grew up in Houston and lived in San Antonio for 15 years but most recently just moved back from Colorado. I have moved here with my husband and very recently we have become empty nesters. My son was graduated from the University of Wyoming and is now working in the oil field industry and my daughter has just been graduated from high school and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall of 2014. I am a proud stepmother to a son in the US Air Force and have a stepdaughter living in Denver. I received my Colorado Real Estate license in 2009 and enjoyed selling real estate through RE/MAX Alliance in the Northern Colorado area where I have lived for 10 years.

Although Colorado is a very beautiful place to live I never quite got used to the snow and cold. I have been given a great opportunity to join RE/MAX here in Fredericksburg and I’m very excited to help you with any real estate needs. I look forward to hearing from you!

LeeAnn Bailey

Born and raised in West Texas, I appreciate and value the opportunity to live and work in Texas, but especially Fredericksburg and the beautiful Hill Country area! Being the daughter of families in both the oil and gas, and farm and ranch industries, I’m no stranger to hard work. I spent many summers and evenings after school working for my family and believe that common sense, good morals and a couple of blisters can teach you a lot about life. After graduating from high school, my twin sister and I left home for college in Lubbock where we both attended Texas Tech University. 15 years later, I moved as close to home as I could to San Angelo, Texas. I met my husband, Clinton, while working for the City of San Angelo – he was the City Engineer and I worked for the Economic Development Corp.

Clinton and I have always loved the Hill Country and spent many vacations here as young children and adults. We moved to Fredericksburg in 2013 when Clinton accepted the position as the Public Works & Utilities Director for the City of Fredericksburg. We were thrilled to start a life here with our 10-year old daughter Sterlin who enjoys basketball, softball, soccer, and 4-H archery as well as the opportunity to attend one of the best schools in the district, FISD.

My experience in economic development and marketing and advertising paved the way for a successful career in real estate. My West Texas hospitality and work ethic demonstrates loyalty to my clients and willingness to find each family that piece of Hill Country Heaven.
